Question about 2015 civic and the stereo

Hello everyone,

I have a 2015 civic with the standard Bluetooth stereo system. The issue I’ve had for a few years now is

I plug in my iPhone (tested at least 7 iPhones, it’s not the phone) to the iPod USB port. I’ll play an album from the music player. Let’s say tracks 1-5 play just fine. Then on track 6 it will play for like 1 second and stop. This happens all the time, there’s not pattern to but it’s frequent and this has been driving me fucking nuts for a few years now.

Here’s the important details about the phone. It’s Apple Music and Apple match. I thought about cell service being the issue. This does not happen in other cars at all!

Any help, guidance, anything would be appreciated.
