Availability:

Unfortunately you have chosen the wrong data sheet, a power upgrade for the 7 gear DSG is planed.



Due to the large variety of engine version/shifting/age of the car we need some information for our development department.

Please ask your dealer for the failure protocol. All relevant is listed within this protocol.



While forwarding this protocol by e-mail to us (or just sending the requested data) we can develop a power increasement for

your Audi A6. But before we can offer the power upgrade, we need a testing vehicle.

Warranty:

With the ABT Power upgrade you’ll loose the Audi warranty in the Czech Republic.

So we offer the NSA warranty, please find more info in attachment.



Protection:

It’s no Chiptuning, it’s an additional Engine Control with its own CAN processor,

which ensures the communication with the CAN bus.



ABT Power increasements are individually developed for each vehicle and

matched in the development centre on the driving characteristics of each vehicle.

Important information about NSA warranty within Europe
Preconditions:
-regular servicing of the car, verified in the service log of the car
-no vehicle deficiencies while conclusion of the contract, failure memory protocol with zero faults
-the mileage of the car is not more than 100.000 km
-for all vehicles up to an age of 2 years from date of initial registration
-for vehicles of the following brands: VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Porsche
-client can decide up to 7 days after the modification if he wants to go with the insurance.
Duration:
ABT Power km limit price
2 years up to 100.000 km 260€
3 years up to 150.000 km* 509€
4 years up to 150.000 km* 728€
5 years up to 150.000 km* 975€
ABT Power S
2 years up to 100.000 km 410€
*Turbo charger is insured until 100.000 km, automatic gear box untill 140.000 km.
Warranty ends two/three/four/five years after the policy has been issued or by reaching a total
mileage of 100.000/150.000 km depending on which case happens first.
Insurance contains:
-Maximum coverage in case of a damage is 2580 €, in case of an engine damage up to 6450 €.
-The own risk for each damage is 10%, at least 97 €.
-replacement vehicle in equal category up to 67 €/day for 10 days maximum
-towing costs about 200 €
-waiting period: no
All NSA policies are reassured by “National Swiss”, the biggest insurance company in
Switzerland.
In case of a damage the customer can decide, in which workshop the repair should be done.
Please select the required NSA warranty (2,3,4 or 5 years, 2 years for Power S) during your data set
order on our EDAS Server.
We issue the invoice for the power upgrade inclusive the amount for the NSA warranty. You have to
issue the policy within 7 days after the power upgrade has been done.

-click on “Entry for partners”
-enter your username and password
-click on “new guarantee”
-choose warranty type: 2,3,4 or 5 years for ABT Power or 2 years for ABT Power S upgrades

-choose invoice to: parent company
-make a tickmark by 4x4 if the car has 4 wheel drive
-make a tickmark by Turbo, if the car has a turbo engine
Among beneficiary:
-enter surname, name and address of the customer
Among vehicle:
-enter car data:
-manufacturer: e.g. Audi
-model: e.g. A8
-engine size: e.g. 3000 for 3.0 TFSI
-choose fuel type
-Homologation: e.g. 4H0 or 7P0
-chassis number (VIN no)
-registration date: (date of initial registration)
-odometer km: current mileage of the car in km (miles have to be convert to km!!)
-registration: (license plate number)
-choose gear box type
-click on next step, check the entered data for accuracy, then confirm.
PDF document of the policy will be created. (needs sometimes some minutes)
Please hand over the policy to the customer.
Important:
Please read out the failure memory protocol of the car before and after each tuning.
Please keep these documents during the warranty period.

Takze to mas 3800E (*27.80 = 105000kc) za 55k/80Nm navic s tim, ze s nejvetsi pravdepodobnosti se ti podela prevodovka a veskere obstrukce s tim spojene.

za 100k si necham tak 50x v klubu zvednout neco jineho a nebude to ani vykon, ani Nm.

Přihazujou 16% kroutícího momentu a 22% výkonu. To není zrovna obvyklá úprava pro turbokamna. Důvodem je podle mě právě převodovka, kdy navýšení momentu je relativně nízký, bay jí neublížili a navýšení výkonu dosahujou podržením momentu do vyšších otáček. Tím kromě šetření rozšiřujou pásmo použitelných otáček v horní části spektra. Za mě příjemná a povedená úprava na který je vidět, že se tý převodovky bojí a šel bych do toho.

Pro srovnání u mě je navýšení momentu o 25%, výkonu o 20%. Což je u nafty celkem obvyklý.
